Subject: Tesco - Email to Philip Clarke

Dear Sir

Thank you for your email addressed to Philip Clarke, our Chief Executive, to which I have been asked to reply.

I am sorry for any disappointment caused by the cancellation of your recent Tesco.com orders by our Silverburn store.

It came to our attention that you had registered several accounts using the same surname and address, and were using promotion codes and discounts that we offer first time customers. At the moment, we have 16 active accounts at your address, all registered with different email addresses. This is not an acceptable use of our service, and I therefore ask you to refrain from registering any further accounts, or attempting to place any more orders.

Having discussed this with David Carr, our Home Shopping Team Leader in store, I understand that this has already been discussed with you on previous occasions. David advised me that you have been told that any future orders will also be cancelled.

Although your most recent order did reach the stage where it was put through the checkout and charged, I can confirm that the funds have been refunded to your account. Depending on your bank, this can take a few days to show. We will ensure that this situation does not arise again.

While I realise you will likely be disappointed by my reply, I trust you can understand our position.

Kind Regards

Paul Milligan
Customer Service Executive

PICK POCKETS

I've just checked my bank account guest what Philip Clarke and his gang of crooks have taking payment for the goods they did not delivery.

The shame of Tesco

Yesterday on Facebook,
THE SHAME OF TESCO
I'm 90years old I placed an grocery order with Tesco.com to be delivered today but never came because the manager at the Silverburn branch in Pollok cancelled it because of my son who works in that shop branch get picked on by the managerment  because he supports Celtic and they follow rangers and this was another way to get at  him when I contacted customer service they said they would put it back on the system to be delivered tomorror but it would cost £!2 extre because some of the items are not on offer anymore Tesco are a joke.

And Today,
Robbie Hood Again the store manager has stop the order from being delivered and Philip Clarke CEO of Tesco bid not reply to the email I sent him his email address is philip.clarke@uk.tesco.com can I ask everyone to sent him an email and boycott Tesco store in protest.

I'll be boycotting Tesco big business trampling on the little fellow again.
